DB500-48型导电横臂(莱钢特钢二炼) DB500-48 electric arm (Lai Steel Plant NO.2 refining plant)
说明: 1. 导电横臂供水,回水由设计确定进水管尺寸,也可按用户要求于水冷电缆串联使用; 2. 电极分布园中所列最小尺寸为本装置可以提供的最小的分布园尺寸; 3. 新设计电弧炉,钢包炉可按用户要求提供导电横臂; 订货时请提供:a.横臂最长度L及L1; b.立柱间中心矩尺寸B; c.电极直径ΦD及电极分布圆尺寸ΦDCP d.电极横臂改造前重量(如已具备水冷却,应包括冷却水重量); e.横臂与电极立柱联结形式及尺寸; F.提供气、水、水基、油、水乙二醇的实际可用压力; G.注明复合板材质-铜钢,铝钢。 Note: 1. The electric arm inlet and outlet water pipe sizes should be designed to meet the water feed and returning, also can be series-wound used with water-cooling cables according to customer requirements. 2. The minimum size listed in electrode distribution drawing is the minimum size the device can offer. 3. The new-designed arc furnace and ladle furnace can be provided with electric arm on customer requirement. Where place order should provide: a. Max arm length and L1 size. b. Central distance B between stands. c. Electrode diameter φD and electrode distribution size φDCP. d. Electrode arm weight before change (if has water –cooling, should include the cooling water weight). e. Arm and electrode stands connection type and sizes. Provide actual usable pressure of air, water, water-base, lubricant and glycol. f. Should give compound plate mate-rail-copper and steel, aluminum and steel.
